DESCRIPTION; CHARSET=UTF-8 :Many of us have old bits of kit taking up space after an RA left, or no-one collected an old docking station. To get this back into the system we are running a collection of unused IT equipment. 

This is a student led project, working with IT and FXPlus to ensure that all items have their hard drives properly cleaned before being safely reallocated or responsibly recycled.

This collection focuses on equipment that does not fall under central IT resources, so items purchased through research grants and other non-central channels have not been tracked in the same way as centrally funded equipment. If you have any IT equipment in your office that is no longer in use, please bring it to the ESI Creative Space. 

Accepted equipment include: laptops, headsets, PCs, monitors, keyboards, mice, docking stations, printers and visualisers.http://www.exeter.ac.uk/events/details/?event=15527
