DESCRIPTION; CHARSET=UTF-8 :On 24 March 2021, the UK Government published the New Plan for Immigration which set out a complete overhaul of the UK's immigration system, leading to the Nationality and Borders Act 2022 (NBA 2022) and the Illegal Migration Act 2023 (IMA 2023). The result of these two Acts, is an ever increasingly hostile environment for people seeking asylum in the UK.
