DESCRIPTION; CHARSET=UTF-8 :An analysis of the Unaoil Bribery case and the conduct of the State in prosecuting it. The case involved an analysis of post war Iraq and featured expert evidence from Professor Gareth Stansfield OBE, Professor of Middle East Politics and Pro-Vice-Chancellor and Executive Dean (HASS). Ultimately the  Court of Appeal was asked to consider whether the State had perverted the course of justice by placing undue pressure on defendants by illicit means.
