LOCATION:Digital Humanities Seminar Room 1
DESCRIPTION; CHARSET=UTF-8 :This interactive session will provide a taste of a Societies and Cultures Institute (SCI) funded project through which educators, palliative care staff, and students co-produced creative activities designed to support the mental health and wellbeing of individuals working in high-stress environments. Participants will sample some of the creative techniques that clinical and education staff found to be helpful for processing challenging emotions and achieving a more grounded state of mind. These activities will be contextualised with a brief summary of the project, and participants will have an opportunity to provide feedback about whether/how these approaches could be embedded across the university to support students and staff.

This is the first in a series of seminars that will showcase some of the innovative, interdisciplinary projects supported by the Societies and Cultures Institute (SCI).
