Professor Ana Beduschiâ€™s research and teaching focus on international human rights law, technology and international migration and refugee law. Her recent publications examine the regulatory approaches to digital technologies and human rights, the impact of Covid-19 health status certificates on human rights, the implications of artificial intelligence for international migration management, the opportunities and challenges presented by digital identity, and the implications of big data and artificial intelligence for humanitarian action. She is currently the Director of the Research Centre for Science, Culture and the Law at the University of Exeter Law School.
