Ms Nwaugbala is admitted to practice in New York and Texas, having focused her practice on corporate and securities law, mergers and acquisitions, venture capital, and Latin America work. She received her J.D. at Columbia Law School, her LL.M from the University College London, and her B.A., in psychology and political science, from Rice University.
