After their ‘In Conversation’, John and Erika will be joined by a panel of leaders and leadership experts, who will debate how today’s leaders can best navigate the challenges of our times from socio-political chaos to the climate crisis to supporting the wellbeing of our staff teams.

This interactive event will give leaders the opportunity to learn and engage with John, a ‘Giant’ in leadership theory and practice along with Erika and fellow ‘Giants’.
